Adopt solution polymerized styrene-butadiene copolymer, combined Silica filler with high specific surface area and VTPS to reinforce the recipe, which ensures more superior grip ability in dry and wet land, meanwhile provides lower heating and rolling resistance. What’s more, through adding ultra-wear-resistant filler material can effectively ensure the tires’ endurability same time. Adopt new functional material, through enlarging the microcosmic contact area between tire and road to improve the adhesive ability. At the same time, improving the wet grip ability while rubber loss factor working under 0 °C.
We use finite element analysis in the structural design in order to achieve the mechanical characteristic in every riding condition. We use high strength and high tenacity fibrous material as the carcass support to make sure the stability in riding and rigidity of side wall.
